Build a consistent AI character

The hardest part of AI characters isn't making a good-looking face — it's making the same face twice. Generate again and the eyes shift, the jaw changes, the person quietly becomes someone else. For anyone building a character they want to grow over time, that drift is the whole problem.

Virtual Human Studio fixes it. You lock one face, train it into a model that's yours, and then generate that exact character forever — across any pose, outfit or scene — all on your own computer.

How it works

It's a guided 9-step pipeline, grouped into three stages — build the character, train the model, then create:

  1. Lock a face — describe the look you want, generate a few options, and set one as your Hero. Every step after this keeps that exact face.
  2. Define the character — describe identity and body in plain words (any language); the studio turns it into a fixed signature, so the look never drifts.
  3. Generate a dataset — make lots of consistent photos across poses, outfits and scenes, then collect the keepers. The studio refines and auto-tags them into a clean training set.
  4. Train your model — turn that dataset into a LoRA (your own custom character model), trained locally on your own GPU. One trigger word brings your character back.
  5. Create forever — test, export, and generate unlimited images of your character — the same face, every time.

Good to know: everything runs on your own computer — nothing is uploaded, nothing is sent away to be moderated. The trained LoRA, the dataset and every image live on your disk, yours to keep and reuse. What you make, and how you use it, is your call and your responsibility.

Who it's for

Virtual Human Studio is for anyone who needs one face that stays the same in every image — and wants to own it:

Getting started

  1. Install Virtual Human Studio — a Windows desktop app that runs on your own NVIDIA GPU (about 16 GB), fully offline. It uses professional open models (with built-in face-lock editing), so your work stays yours.
  2. Follow the guided pipeline in order: Hero → Define → Drafts → … → Train → Export. Each step builds on the last.
  3. Train your character's LoRA — watch live progress and sample shots as the face comes together.
  4. Generate away. Your character, dataset and model stay on your disk, yours to keep.

A little helper: Oddie

In the corner of the app you'll find Oddie, a friendly pixel robot. It answers common questions and, when it can't help, lets you reach our team in one click. It's built from simple rules — it doesn't use AI and it never looks at your private content.
