Refund Policy

Our tools are digital products you download and run on your own computer, delivered the moment you buy. This policy explains how refunds work — and the rights you keep by law.

1. How refunds are handled

How a refund works depends on how you paid. Card orders and their refunds go through Gumroad, our Merchant of Record — a refund is returned through Gumroad to your original payment method. Cryptocurrency orders are taken through our own checkout (using NOWPayments) and are final and non-refundable, though your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected (see section 3).

2. All sales are final

Because our tools are digital downloads delivered instantly, and because a free trial lets you try each tool before you buy, we treat purchases as final once your license key has been issued. Card refunds are handled by our reseller Gumroad under its buyer refund policy shown at checkout; cryptocurrency orders are non-refundable. Either way, any statutory cancellation right you have as a consumer is unaffected. If you’re unsure, please try the free trial first.

3. Your legal rights are unaffected

Nothing here removes the rights you have by law. If a tool is faulty, not as described, or won't run on a setup we say it supports, you are entitled to a remedy — including a refund where the law requires one.

4. If something's wrong, talk to us

We're reasonable people. If a tool genuinely won't run for you, or something isn't right, email [email protected] with your order number (on your Gumroad receipt for card orders, or the confirmation email we send for crypto orders) and a short description. We'll always try to put it right first, and we may issue a refund at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.

5. If we issue a refund

Where we do issue a refund, it's returned to your original payment method — for card orders, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. For any refund we are required by law to make on a cryptocurrency order, we arrange it with you directly. The associated license key is deactivated.

6. Before a chargeback

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback, and we'd rather make it right.

7. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and forms part of our Terms of Service.
